I updated French translation file.

I'm also writing a skeleton maker in Python : it asks for header info,
paper options, staves and pieces lists and then generates input files.
According to my short experience, making both full score and separate
parts requires splitting the input in many files and using a makefile :
that's why I think a script should help with this boring job. I'll send
it when it is advanced and stable enough.
