PATCH: stem attachment

Hello

I've noticed that the tablature vertical centering bug was fixed. Now
the only thing that remains to get beautiful tab's is to adjust the
stem attachment function (see attached mini-patch). I don't know what
the correct value should be, but with this patch, tab's finally look
nice again.
