I've removed the obsolete references to mup2ly, now getting

  install-info --remove --info-dir=/usr/local/share/info ./out/lilypond.info
  install-info --info-dir=/usr/local/share/info ./out/lilypond.info
  install-info: menu item `midi2ly' already exists, for file 
`lilypond/lilypond-program'

John, can you fix this, please?  I'm using texinfo 4.8, in case this
is of importance (which I don't believe).
