I really don't know where this bug in HTML output comes from.  I may
need a few days to fix it.  See my commits for the PDF manual fixes, it
should be OK now.

Besides these bugs, there are linking problems in German index.html.in
after you blindly updated it: remember links in these pages are not
tweaked, so please keep links to German translations when they exist!
(See TRANSLATION.)  I fixed PDF user manual link (which you had wrongly
modified) and HTML user manual and tutorial links (which had never been
correct).
