Yes, but all section titles are currently added to a PO, so it's not
necessary.  It'll change sooner or later, though (in some months or
years).

I don't know what you mean, as all changes in macros.itexi can be easily
captured by check-translation, as no huge text blocks are moved there.

There's a small problem in translated lilypond-learning: you copypasted
menus from the English file instead of taking those from translated
files (menu entries are partially translated in the .itely files).  You
see know why it's important to do the same steps in *all* languages at
the same time.  For future operation, please keep this in mind.

While I'm fixing translation makefiles and cross-references in
translated manual, please put translated menus back in
lilypond-learning.tely.
