lilypond .ly Mime-type ?

Hello,

I would like to add the *.ly filetype to environments like KDE, so .ly files 
are recognized by the file managers and get a nice icon by default.

Is there a MIME-Type defined for *.ly ? I could imagine:

text/lilypond (1)
text/lilypond-source (2; idea found in [1] )
text/x-lilypond (3)
text/x-lilypondsrc (4)
text/vnd.lilypond.source (5)

with a slight preference for (3).

Are there other special file extension conventions and name schemes wrt 
LilyPond that are somehow official and should be recoqnized like *.ly ?
Like *.itely, etc.
