Could you ask your student to elaborate on this? As far as I
understand, iPatcher is just (surprise!) a patcher application, mostly
used for distributing game cracks. Perhaps your student meant that
some specific patch should be used? Besides, this probably only does
things to the GUI application which is not of much use anyways.
Hopefully someone will get a working Leopard version of Lilypond up
and running one of these days.
