Hi guys,
I'm uploading the .46 release; this was long overdue, but there are
various caveats:
- I discovered the regression tests have been broken since I did the
lybook-db rewrite of lilypond-book. Various errors may lurk beneath
the surface
- This has a rewritten set of dynamics engravers, but convert-ly
rules may be lacking.
