Lookup::round_filled_polygon() will setup the required scheme code if
called from C++.

Probably, we'd need to transform Stem::flag() into a Scheme callback
to be able to override it.

I did, but I have trouble imagining the pipeline you propose, as well
as how the cost-benefit tradeoff could ever be worth the trouble.
