FWIW, the PDF files are also broken. They display:
"About the Snippet List (SL)
<undefined> [Top], page <undefined>: this shows a selected set of LilyPond 
snippets from the LilyPond Snippet Repository (LSR). All the snippets are in 
the public domain."

According to the texinfo manual, the fact that makeinfo --html produces only 
the name of the link as text is not really following the definition:
