We *should* always bump the VERSION as soon as a release is made,
but this doesn't always happen.

bump VERSION, then recompile.  Convert-ly will know that it's .57.

If you ever need to apply those conversions again (perhaps for
testing), you could either temporarily change the \version""
string of an example to .56, or run
convert-ly --from=2.11.56 foo.ly
