Ralph, can you double check that there are not duplicate index entries
in this section?  I remember adding some in @predefined, but then also
added some in the main docs within the same section.  I think it would
be appropriate to remove the ones in @predefined in this case.

I have to rework some of the snippets and add them to LSR (temporarily
input/{new,lsr}).  It is about 80% completed and ready for the first
draft.
