Don't people just do "make web"? I know that's what I do...
... hmm, after a quick check of the docs, I guess they're fine as
they are. When the Install chapter moves into the CG, we'll make
a separate section for "easy doc compiling" (using GUB, texi2html,
and whatever other programs are absolutely necessary) -- we're
getting more and more windows users wanting to contribute. Linux
users probably have rsync installed already (or else it's trivial
to add), but windows requires a lot more fiddling to get basic
software installed, and we don't want to scare off potential
contributors (like Trevor!) with items that aren't strictly
requirements.
