[PATCH] LilyPond Mac GUI update and polish

Hi,

I have uploaded a patch to Rietveld:

It's actually a series of patches that Rietveld squashed to one.
It contains:
 - interpretation of LilyPond output as UTF-8
 - update syntax for newer PyObjC version
 - update syntax for newer py2app version
 - update some dates and version numbers
 - fix broken convert-ly call
