There's different formatting options.

- you can see (probably) the right options in CG 3.3.4 LilyPond
  formatting

- you can see the exact \paper options by looking at the
  out/lybook-db/xy/lily-sadncg7i4f34.ly

Omit the first few lines when you run this manually; just take
everything below the "**** copy below this line ****" thing.
