I updated the wiki page:

I didn't list the exact instructions for "installing the fonts on your
system".  I assume this straightforward on Mac and Windows.  On Linux,
you just move them to ~/.fonts and run "fc-cache -fv".

We should probably have a section in the docs for "Installing
LilyPond's fonts" eventually.
