Only if the syntax change can't be handled by convert-ly.

Since the only change to
`blanking-staff-lines-using-the--whiteout-command.ly' is a simple
renaming, this represents an exception to the usual rule that
autogenerated LSR snippets shouldn't be amended.  Assuming Mark's
convert rule works properly, there should be no docs breakage even if
the snippet in LSR isn't changed, since makelsr.py will perform the
conversion itself.
