`installed files' issues

I've just seen this change in a recent commit:

  address@hidden
  +
  +Installed Files:
  address@hidden/parser.yy}

IMHO, this is not correct: lily/parser.yy does *not* get installed at
all!  Either we introduce a special macro which points to the source
tarball, or we omit references like that (as I did already at some
places).
