BibTeX 0.99c (TeX Live 2009/Arch Linux)

Sorry for the noise.  This was caused by my TeX Live update yesterday.
Downgrading fixed it.

Arch Linux has a rolling-release policy, even for TeX Live, and
occasionally something breaks.

Looks like I won't be upgrading TeX Live for a while!
