It seems my CG revision caused a little confusion. Should I
make the three subsections of CG 3.6 into separate sections?
The current structure:
3.6 Post-compilation options
* 3.6.1 Installing LilyPond from a local build
* 3.6.2 Generating documentation
* 3.6.3 Testing LilyPond
But maybe this is better:
3.6 Installing LilyPond from a local build
3.7 Generating documentation
3.8 Testing LilyPond
Let me know if you prefer this change.
