[PATCH]: Modify feta font to put noteheads in separate sub-table

Hi,

In working on shape-note heads I ended up with lots of note-heads, because
of several different types of shapes.

This led to a lack of available code points in the feta* fonts.

Therefore, I have moved the noteheads to a separate set of feta-noteheads*
fonts, but included them in Emmentaler.

make and make-doc work properly, and the proper noteheads are shown in
appendix A.6 of the Notation reference.

This is my first time working on the font building system, so I may have
made some mistakes.

Could someone who is familiar with the font system verify that I've done
things right?
