I think this should be Mark, so he can coordinate it with his

This looks pretty good now.  The only things I would want to change 
are
unrelated to spacing (doubled dynamics, one or two instances of bad
placing of markup, etc)

Maybe right, but has anyone really tested all the different forms of 
lyrics yet?
There might be no unique best default settings.
