I can't comment on the .ly stuff, but the Documentation information doesn't 
look like it is 'quite' formatted consistently as per our guidelines.

It looks like we are going over the top telling users which file this is all 
included, for instance we have (as far as I can tell) 3 references to this same 
file in the short sentence and while we need the @refs we don't need the first 
sentence that says Fretboards for mandolins are found in xxxx.ly.

You could just say something like 'Fretboards for Mandolins can be created' and 
then use an example and then just use the @ref afterwards. I don't know what we 
do for Ukelele without checking.

I'd have to apply the patch to my git and then I'd see it more clearly, but am 
not sure if this is the most efficient way.

Mark/Carl can either of you put this on Rietveld for review it would be much 
easier (for me at least).
