developers on Windows [7]

I could use some help from a developer who can do some
testing on Windows 7 (64 bit?) SP1.

I'm trying to get this one nailed, and am getting a lot of help, but
it's still very clumsy for a Windows noob like me, without access
to such a problematic machine.
