Most of the patches mentioned in the last two patch countdown
emails have had good discussion and new versions appearing, great!
If you own one of those patches, don't worry about not seeing it
here; it will probably appear in the next patches countdown list.

As always, if you have git push ability and feel confident that
nobody might complain about your patch, go ahead and push.  If you
don't have git push ability but still feel very confident, then
ask your mentor to push it for you.  If you have neither git push
ability nor a mentor, then you've fallen through cracks and exist
in a cold heartless limbo of uncertainty.  Welcome to the club!  I
hope to get such people sorted out in the next few months.
