PATCHES: 48-hour countdown to July 27´11

Issue 732: Alignment problems when vertically stacking horizontally centered stencils. - Rietveld Issue 4798050: Fix 732: center-column ignored left half of stencil extent -> collision with previous stencil
Issue 1111: Allow manual directions on dynamics to break alignment spanner automatically - Rietveld Issue 4810048: Fix 1111: Break dynamic line spanner if different direction is explicitly given
Issue 1730: Documentation for lilypond-windows.exe and -dgui option - Rietveld Issue 4806050: Doc: Usage - new option for lilypond-book


And a couple of Rietveld-only patches:
  Issue 4668045: Fixes error for tuplet bracket direction calculation when tuplets contain rests.
  Issue 4639075: Moves tuplet numbers outside staff with their brackets.
  Issue 4580041: Current state of automatic footnotes.


Countdown done, but still open/not fixed:
      Issue 1433: \breakDynamicSpan breaks with \break ("bounds of spanner are invalid") - Rietveld Issue 4630070: Fix issues 1259 and 1433 (\breakDynamicSpan and a spanner's style=#'none over a line break)
  Issue 1259: DynamicTextSpanner #'style = #'none doesn't work over \break
  Issue 4754054: Fixes note column skylines by adding a stem tremolo pure height function.
  Issue 4801045: Produces better error messages when programmers forget to document a property.

Finally, just as a heads-up: Iĺl put out the usual Wednesday list for Friday next week, then I´m at the Edmonton Folk Music Festival, volunteering, from Thursday Aug. 4 to Sunday Aug. 7, so you´ll have a break from badgering over that weekend!  Until then, and in anticipation of 2.16, Iĺl try and get a few extra on each countdown.  Mike S. was most helpful in sending along a list of his Rietveld-only patches, BTW, so please help us out and have a look at them; a LGTM  wouldn´t come amiss, either.
