Error in git-cl

I've moved to the new git-cl as requested.  I tried to upload a fix for
Issue 11 for review (yes, I think I finally have the beamlet problem
fixed).

But when I tried to upload it, I had an error with git-cl:

sorensen2:lilypond Carl$ git-cl upload master

SyntaxError: invalid syntax
sorensen2:lilypond Carl$ which python
/opt/local/bin/python
sorensen2:lilypond Carl$ python --version
Python 2.6.6

Any thoughts on how I make this work?
