My non-official instructions for getting GUB going on lilydev

Here's what I did to get GUB going on the latest lilydev.  It's not
pretty, and it's not formatted, but it's what worked for me.

Hope this helps somebody else.

OK, starting with fresh install of lilydev.

Need to get libmpfr-dev

sudo apt-get install libmpfr-dev

make bootstrap

make lilypond


If it doesn't complete, then the error will likely be because there
is no netpbm file in gub/downloads/netpbm.  I thought I had updated
the sources, but it still isn't downloading.  If you find yourself in
this fix, do the following:

download netpbm from

http://lilypond.org/download/gub-sources/netpbm-patched/netpbm-patched-10.3
5.tar.bz2

and put it in

downloads/netpbm

download rsync from
ftp://ftp.samba.org/pub/rsync/src/rsync-3.0.4.tar.gz

and put it in
downloads/rsync

make lilypond
