I don't care whether somebody on the bug squad does "janitorial"
work cleaning up after developers (i.e. adding the fixed_x_y tags
when a developer forgets), or if they just raise a stink (i.e.
email -devel asking if Mike's 537496fcf6 was pushed after
2.15.28).

I'm completely fine with either option.  But somebody on the bug
squad needs to do one of those two, or we're not having any more
release.
