In order to test contents of gub/uploads/webdoc, you need to serve it
with a webserver with content negotiation. This is merely FYI; I don't
suggest spending much energy on testing this particular output (webdoc)
of GUB; testing binaries, "localdoc", and examining regresssion tests
comparison, with several branches (master and stable/2.20) have
certainly a higher priority.
