Probably the last one available as GPLv2+.

Which would explain why I got nowhere trying to figure this out.

It's mostly over my head.  Just want to point out that we can probably
make do with a GUI-free version of some Darwin SDK (that would make
LilyPond likely be missing font and possibly GhostScript integration
with MacOSX and have it possibly come without editor, but so what).
