J'ai trouvé ce qui clochait. :jumping: Il faut procéder à 2 vérifications
une fois jEdit ouvert :
1 - Utilities\Buffer Options\Character Encoding\UTF-8
2 - Utilities\Global Options\Encodings\Default Character Encoding\UTF-8
(J'avais autre chose à la place !)
J'espère que ça marchera encore quand j'ouvrirai jEdit de nouveau ! ;-)
