boldLyrTxt   = #(define-music-function (parser location) () #{ \override
LyricText #'font-series = #'bold #})
italicLyrTxt = #(define-music-function (parser location) () #{ \override
LyricText #'font-shape  = #'italic #})

je n'ai pas voulu les nommer bold et italic, mais ça fonctionne aussi!
