three questions... :)

hi guys,

is there an easy way to print da capo/dal segno markings in the music? i
have the problem that i need to right justify them, so i'm hooking
text-markup to notes, and finding the right place to put it through
trial and error.

i play trombone in a marching band, and lots of our marching music is
either illegible or in the wrong clef (tenor or treble), so i'm using
lily to rewrite the parts. i would like to know if it's easy to put a
subtitle (for the trio) in the middle of the piece of music. or do i
have to write the two pieces separately and jiggle them together
somehow?

finally, where do i find the documentation that is continuously referred
to in the lilypond manual?

in case it helps, i'm running lily 1.4.7 on a heavily customised redhat
7.1.
