Ok, double check please, that following corresponds to your system.

        byrd:~/usr/src/newweb$ rpm -q guile
        guile-1.6.4-7.1

        byrd:~/usr/src/newweb$ rpm -ql guile|grep libguile-srfi-srfi-13-14-v-1
        /usr/lib/libguile-srfi-srfi-13-14-v-1.so.1
        /usr/lib/libguile-srfi-srfi-13-14-v-1.so.1.0.0

        byrd:~/usr/src/newweb$ ldd /usr/bin/lilypond
        libguile.so.12 => /usr/lib/libguile.so.12 (0x4002d000)
        libguile-ltdl.so.1 => /home/hanwen/usr/lib/libguile-ltdl.so.1
(0x400cf000)
        libqthreads.so.12 => /usr/lib/libqthreads.so.12 (0x400d6000)
        libpthread.so.0 => /lib/tls/libpthread.so.0 (0x400d9000)
        libcrypt.so.1 => /lib/libcrypt.so.1 (0x400e7000)
        libstdc++.so.5 => /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.5 (0x40114000)
        libm.so.6 => /lib/tls/libm.so.6 (0x401c7000)
        libgcc_s.so.1 => /lib/libgcc_s.so.1 (0x401e9000)
        libc.so.6 => /lib/tls/libc.so.6 (0x42000000)
        libdl.so.2 => /lib/libdl.so.2 (0x401f2000)
        libgmp.so.3 => /usr/lib/libgmp.so.3 (0x401f6000)
        /lib/ld-linux.so.2 => /lib/ld-linux.so.2 (0x40000000)

in particular: are you sure that there are no old installations of
GUILE left somewhere?
