Ties from non-triplet note to triplet note?

I need to enter something like:

2/4: eighth note, eighth note tied to the first of 3 triplet sixteenths,
but I'm not finding an example for this.
(and the same thing flipped, tying the last note of a triplet to and eighth
note).

Any ideas?
