OK. It was convert-ly:ed quite easily to 2.2. The bug doesn't exist there, so 
probably it has been fixed somehow.

It seems to be a bug, yes. But there is no longer any developer working on the 
2.0 series, so it will most probably not be fixed. For reasons like this, I 
strongly recommend you to switch to 2.2 asap.

The idea was to let the voice of the R2:s exist only during the rests' 
durations. If they want to leak to the other measures, then it's simply not 
possible since they have no context to leak to.
