Hi and welcome with the "LilyPonders"

The only workaround I found has formerly be given :

edit /usr/share/texmf/dvips/ec-fonts-mftraced/ec-mftrace.map
and add ".pfa" to each end of line

In other words the line :
ecbx10 EuropeanCM-BoldExtended10 <ecbx10
should become :
ecbx10 EuropeanCM-BoldExtended10 <ecbx10.pfa

then texhash, and everything should go on the right way.
