RE: line breaks in instrument names

And \markup used in \header strings allows for extensive formatting, e.g.:

\header {
title = \markup \center-align < "First Line" "Second Line" >
}

There is a hint of this capability in 7.5.8 Creating titles, but just a hint
at the end of the section.

Great feature.  Needs more visibility in the User Manual.
