Hello,
you didn't tell us, how you viewed the files. Did you produce ps-files and 
view these with ghostview? In that case you should look into the Messages, 
whether ghostview cannot resolve some fonts. 
If that's the case, you will have to configure ghostscript so that it knows, 
where to look for the fonts or you have to configure dvips, to let it 
download the necessary fonts.
