Well, now, I don't know how to put it in my file...
You don't have to put information about the character encoding in your
file, your text editor (Notepad or whatever else you use) must save the
text file with the encoding UTF-8 instead of Latin1. If you use Notepad,
when saving you can choose between various encodings (ANSI, Unicode, Big
endian Unicode and UTF-8), you should choose UTF-8.
Since UTF-8 encoding can represent any character, you can, indeed you
_must_ use the accented vowels in the subtitle
and subsubtitle, such "Tragédie mise en musique par Monsieur de LULLY "
"Musiques de Scène"
