The option staffsize=... in lilypond-book documents is
equivalent to #(set-global-staff-size ...) which is described
in the section on Setting Global Staff Size.
The question here was about getting different size of different
staves in the same score. The link in question was to the
example called "staff-size.ly" in the Tips and Tricks document.
