The only possibility I can think of is to typeset the key signature
using \markup (search for Text Markup in the manual). See
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/lilypond-user/2005-10/msg00088.html
for a related example (note that you need to update that example with
convert-ly since some property names have changed since then).
