As I told Christopher a few days ago (my mistake for not sending the message to the list), here in Paraguay we use "sostenido" for sharp and "sostenida" for sustain.

yes, i can confirm that's true, "nota sostenida" is by far more usual
than "nota sostenido". that doesn't mean necessarily that it's more
correct. which, to be frank, i'm not really sure...
