Re: accidentals disappear

Please always tell what LilyPond version you use when sending questions
to the mailing list. In this particular case, it may also be interesting
to know what operating system you use. I just tried a simple example
with 28pt size using one of the most recent versions and all 
accidentals showed up without problems.
