In Dutch: 128e noot, 256e noot, 128e rust, 256e rust. In the unlikely case
someone would prefer to write out the numbers:

honderdachtentwintigste noot
tweehonderdzesenvijftigste noot
honderdachtentwintigste rust
tweehonderdzesenvijftigste rust
