Not really.
LP processes the includeError.ly. It sees 'y', and starts looking for
and '='. I assume it processes the \version internally, and then
starts including the includedError.ly. Again, it processes the
\version internally. Only when encountering the #(...) code it yields
the error -- at that time it *IS* processing includedError.ly.
If you insert something in includeError.ly before the \include you'll
get the error in the right file.
Yes it may seem weird, but it is logical.
