what I want is something like this for sheet music samples:
\begin{figure}[h,t,b,p] \label{fig:1}
\begin{center}
\includegraphics[height=1cm]{images/1}
\caption[1]{1}
\end{center}
\end{figure}
and in the end:
\listoffigures
I hope this is clear.
