File -> MusicXML -> Export...
Yes, I totally agree that this is not the place to look for. I would rather
look at File -> Export or File->Save as (and similarly I would use File->Open
or File->Import rather than File->MusicXML->Import). But I suppose that's a
limitation of Finale's plugin architecture...

CPDL and WIMA are mainly interested in the PDFs. The source files are just a
goodie, and of course people upload the native file they crated rather than
some exported file (which involves one additional step).
There are some MusicXML source files on WIMA, though (simply search for
MusicXML an you'll get 45 hits, most of which are for editions with MusicXML
sources).
