Thanks - with ruby it works well on my mac.

The pdf is made, but I have an error and  warnings:

I think, such a nested constuct of slurs is not allowed in lilypond, (but possible in sib).You could  use \( phrasing-slurs instead.

Perhaps, there is a problem with BarRests: these are doubled in a voice and therefor not in time with the other Staffs:
